Practices

 

 

The first practice will be Tuesday, March 10 at 5:30.  For the first 2 weeks of practice, we will only be doing running events. We will pick up field events after spring break.  There will be no official practices the week of spring break.

Practices are held at Sherwood Middle School track.

The schedule will be as follows:

Practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays. As the season moves forward there will be some additional optional days depending on events.

5:30 to 7:00 pm for all participants

​

After spring break, practices will be:

​

5:30 to 6:45 pm for the track superstars

​

5:30 to 7:30 pm for all other participants

 

Running will be from 5:30 to 6:45

 

Field events will be from 6:45 to 7:30
